Sometimes we can feel 'down' for absolutely no (apparent) reason.
Don't feel bad about feeling this way. Life is all about ebb and flow - sometime we flow and sometime we 'ebb'!
When I use Kinesiology to check a person in the clinic it can be absolutely amazing when we find the 'hidden obstacles' and these may go back MANY years.
Maybe some little unrecognised trigger can have stirred up a forgotten memory from a long time ago and, once we clear that, we can then step forward with a new lease on life.
My personal way of getting through the 'ebb' patches is to speak kindly to myself, use a few special techniques to lift myself up just a little bit more and then watch a 'saved' FB post that makes me say, "WOW!!!"
This is one of them....
It has been my recommendation for many years that we should be reducing our carbohydrates and increasing our fat intake.
I was thrilled to find the New Zealand book, 'What the Fat' (Caryn Zinn, Grant Schofield and Craig Rodger) earlier this year and have been recommending it to my clients since then.
The BBC documentary Fat v Carbs is certain to ruffle a few feathers after its screening on 3 October (just two days ago).
If you are wanting to reduce weight, cholesterol and reduce the chance of diabetes, I recommend watching this as soon as possible.
If you have any questions at all please do email me... firstname.lastname@example.org
If you know people taking pharmaceutical drugs, these two BBC documentaries are vital to watch...
(I think the second is even more amazing than the first.)
Having been in the complementary health field for over twenty years I am extremely aware of the varying ways we can address certain issues that would normally be treated with drugs - and the side effects of many drugs.
Watch what happens when Dr Chris van Tulleken takes over part of a GP's surgery and stops patients' prescription drugs.
I was very lucky to have viewed the full documentary called, 'Fixing Dad'.
This is an excellent overview of the documentary and it's great to hear the story from both sides.
What would you do if you knew a family member was really ill and was just prepared keep taking the pills they were being handed?
Would you do what these two sons did?
This remarkable documentary provided me with the insight of WHY I do what I do.
I honestly don't know why I have been guided to follow this path in life.
BUT... I'm absolutely passionate about doing what I can, in order to be there for those who want my support.
As Mark Twain said, "It's easier to fool people, than to convince them they've been fooled."
Along with the other recommendations I made I REALLY suggest you watch, 'That Sugar Film'.

Find out from young Grant... he knows more about life and love than most adults!
He is definitely an 'old soul' and he speaks with such clarity!
Please check these blogs & articles for information on a variety of topics. They're added to pretty regularly.
NB If it has an ! in the icon it may ruffle a few feathers!
