Reduce Stress

I use a combination of both Bach Flowers and the Australian Bush Flowers. The personally selected essences are then combined so they work together to address stress and ‘unhelpful’ emotions.

This has been a very powerful way to seemingly shift issues that have been ‘hanging around’, sometimes for many years in the form of cellular memories. (This is actually my most favourite part of the whole session as I see such huge results.)

Phytobiophysics Flower Formulas and Super-fit Formulas are imported from Jersey, in the Channel Islands. I have been using these wonderful products for 14+ years and they are great favourites with my clients. Because they are vibrational pillules they can be used safely by anybody, of any age (from newborns to the elderly) and people taking medications.

Quantum K

Quantum K is an energy treatment that addresses all body systems.

We come into life with a genetic blueprint which can be upset by a variety of things e.g. stress and emotional issues, shock, life choices etc etc.

This treatment was developed by one of my UK colleagues to help us return to our original blueprint, and I frequently use this energy method, at the end of a session, in order to assist with the completion of a consultation. A bit like an exclamation mark!

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Stress hits us all at some stage – trust me! Do you know exactly what triggers your stress levels and what you can do to reduce them?

Your brain may think it knows but what I find is that your cellular memory is a far more accurate way to determine what the triggers are and then they can be addressed.

Seriously… Sometimes it’s so quick and easy to make the changes that clients kick themselves they didn’t seek help earlier as their stress level drop dramatically, and so quickly.
